Paying For Services
Apple Health (Medicaid)
Cascade is a Community Mental Health Center serving Lewis County and surrounding areas. Cascade is contracted with Molina MCO, Optum (United Healthcare) MCO, and Amerigroup MCO to provide Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Services.
Medicare
Cascade has limited Medicare providers. Please call to see what services we may be able to offer.
Insurance
Cascade has providers paneled on a variety of networks. We will ask for your insurance information at the time you contact us to request services so you are scheduled with a covered provider. Co-pays are due at time of service.
Cascade does not guarantee payment or quote insurance benefits. Please call your insurance if you have specific questions about your insurance benefits.
Private pay (no insurance)
Cascade offers some services at a reduced cost to clients with no insurance or for clients whose insurance does not cover the services they are seeking. Payment for these services is due at time of service and must be paid in full.
Cascade encourages all persons without health insurance to apply for insurance using the Washington State Health Plan Finder. Please visit their website at www.wahealthplanfinder.org.
Sliding Fee Discount Program
Cascade Community Healthcare is dedicated to providing services to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. This program is designed to allow clients with no means, or limited means, to pay (uninsured or underinsured) to receive services for a nominal fee. Discounts will be based on income and family size. Fees are determined using the latest federal poverty guidelines. If you are interested in applying for this program, application packets are available at our front desk.
