If you are a client of Cascade Community Healthcare and you need a primary care provider, we can assist you in initiating services with our Primary Care Team!
On-site services include:
- Wellness exams
- Prevention screenings

Meet our provider:
Lisa Archer, ARNP
MSN, FNP-BC has been practicing as an Advanced Practice RN for 11 years, with a total of 30 years in nursing; first as a LVN, then RN. She is originally from San Antonio, TX and has been here for 3 years. She believes health is made up of the total person: mind, body, and spirit. She is known best for listening to her patients and providing competent care in a friendly, caring manner. In her off time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and learning how to be the next best version of herself!
