Mindy has worked in Substance Use services for the last 23 years, working in many different capacities for clients in her community. She has worked as a Clinician, Program Coordinator, Treatment Agency Owner, Director of services for Substance Use and Supportive Employment for Cascade Community Healthcare and is Currently Chief of Inpatient Services and SUD Officer for Cascade Community Healthcare. Mindy has been invited over the years to many events to talk about how she structures her programs and educates the public about Substance Use and how those that suffer from it can become productive citizens. She was Co-Chair of the legislative subcommittee in integrating Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder in the Behavioral Health Organization (BHO). In 2015 she merged her treatment agency with Cascade Community Healthcare as she saw the need for Mental Health and Substance Use treatment to integrate. Supported Employment is one of those resources that help our communities be healthy and those that suffer from Mental Health and Substance Use be able to enhance their recovery by finding employment.
