Services | Evaluation Treatment Unit (ETU)

The Evaluation Treatment Unit offers crisis stabilization services to help individuals recover and safely return to their community.

The Evaluation Treatment Unit (ETU) is a secure section of the Evaluation and Treatment Center where behavioral health stabilization services are provided to a population that is considered to be in an emergent crisis. The goal of this unit is to help the individual stabilize their psychiatric symptoms so that they may safely return to the community. Primary services provided at the Evaluation Treatment Unit include medication management, group therapy, individual therapy, skills training, discharge planning/ service coordination, and peer counseling. The Evaluation Treatment Unit staff work to inspire recovery, hope, and autonomy with those that they serve.

The Evaluation and Treatment Unit proudly serves Lewis County residents and those consumers in the surrounding areas to ensure that community members remain close to home and near their natural supports during their time of crisis. However, the Evaluation and Treatment Unit does also accept out of county referrals and admissions.
