I’ve been with Cascade for more than 10 years, dedicating my career to strengthening and expanding community-based programs. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles and currently fulfill the position of Director of Crisis Services, New Journeys, Expanded Community Services (ECS), and Jail-Based Services. Each of these programs has given me the chance to collaborate with incredible teams and community partners, all working toward the shared goal of supporting individuals and families in meaningful ways.
I am passionate about building and developing programs that truly meet the needs of our community. I find the greatest reward in watching services grow, adapt, and evolve, knowing that the work we do can create lasting, positive change for the people we serve. I value innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to ensuring that every program is accessible, responsive, and grounded in compassion.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, camping, exploring, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Spending time in nature helps me recharge and inspires the balance I strive to bring into both my professional and personal life.
