Biography

Tony Meinhardt is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Mental Health Professional (MHP) who provides therapeutic interventions and counseling at the Cascade Evaluation and Treatment Center. With a person-centered approach, Tony emphasizes empathy, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies to help individuals navigate and challenge maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. He works to meet clients where they are, offering support grounded in compassion, respect, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth.

Tony holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Martin’s University. Over the course of his career, he has served in diverse clinical roles, including Associate On-Call Counselor at Haven House, Child and Adolescent Counselor and Manager of Adult Services with Cascade Community Healthcare, and Mental Health Professional at the Cascade Evaluation and Treatment Center.

Tony values each person as an individual, not as a diagnosis, and believes that healing begins with understanding and connection.

When he’s not working, Tony enjoys listening to a wide range of music, cheering on Seattle’s sports team, and sharing his signature Dad jokes with friends, family, and coworkers.
