Short-Term Behavioral Health Crisis Support When It’s Needed Most

Cascade Community Healthcare Crisis Relief Center provides immediate, short-term behavioral health support for individuals experiencing a mental health and/or substance use crisis. The Center offers a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment focused on stabilization, reducing unnecessary emergency department utilization, and connecting individuals to the most appropriate level of ongoing care.

Services are delivered by a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed team and emphasize person-centered, culturally responsive care. Interventions prioritize de-escalation, stabilization, and recovery-oriented support while promoting dignity, safety, and respect for every individual served.

The Crisis Relief Center works in close coordination with hospitals, first responders, crisis lines, and community-based providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care. Individuals are supported in identifying next steps, including outpatient treatment, community supports, or higher levels of care when clinically indicated.

Cascade Community Healthcare is committed to strengthening Washington State’s crisis response system by expanding timely access to care, reducing barriers to treatment, and supporting individuals and families during moments of urgent need.
