Biography

As Chief of Facilities at Cascade Community Healthcare, Todd provides strategic leadership for all facility operations across multiple sites. With more than 40 years of experience in construction and facilities management, he ensures that Cascade’s physical environments are safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces for both staff and the individuals we serve.

In his role, Todd oversees capital projects, renovations, and ongoing maintenance, while also managing compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. He works closely with executive leadership to guide long-term planning for infrastructure, technology integration, and sustainability initiatives that align with Cascade’s mission of delivering accessible, compassionate care to the community.

A skilled collaborator, Todd builds strong partnerships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He also spearheads efforts to improve energy efficiency, optimize space utilization, and support staff through responsive facility solutions that strengthen program delivery and client experience.

Known for his signature suspenders, problem-solving approach, and dedication to operational excellence, Todd plays a critical role in ensuring Cascade’s facilities foster a safe, respectful, and healing environment.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys vacationing with friends, repairing his motorcycle, and spending time with his wife of 38 years.
