Leann Reed

Biography
Leann has over 12 years of experience in the community behavioral health field, with a career dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental health services. She joined Cascade Community Healthcare in 2013 as a child and adolescent therapist before transitioning into Quality Improvement, where she became Program Director in 2020. In this role, she successfully led the implementation of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Expansion (CCBHC-E) grant, a two-year, $4 million initiative that significantly expanded behavioral healthcare services across Lewis County.
Leann currently serves as Chief Clinical and Compliance Officer. She oversees clinical services, compliance, program development, and strategic initiatives to strengthen integrated care delivery. Her leadership reflects a balance of clinical expertise, vision, and a passion for serving the community. She also contributes her expertise outside of Cascade by serving on community boards, helping to guide initiatives that improve behavioral health systems and strengthen local partnerships. Beyond her work in healthcare leadership, Leann founded Healing Hooves of Love Miniature Therapy Horses, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in 2014. Through this program, she provided animal-assisted therapy in schools, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes, bringing comfort and joy to individuals across all ages.
Leann holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She is also recognized as a Child Mental Health Specialist, underscoring her dedication to supporting children and families.
