Biography

Sarah brings more than 20 years of experience in administration, human resources, and organizational leadership. She began her career with Cascade in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant and gradually grew into new roles that allowed her to learn the organization from the ground up. After 14 years in Accounts Receivable, she stepped into leadership as Assistant Manager of Administration and Operations, eventually finding her passion in Human Resources. From there, she advanced from HR Manager to VP & Director of Human Resources, and today serves as Cascade’s Chief People Officer.

Known for her people-first approach, Sarah supports Cascade by making sure people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her leadership style blends approachability, integrity, and a commitment to helping others grow. Colleagues appreciate her ability to bring professionalism, compassion, and warmth to her position.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from California Coast University. A lifelong Lewis County resident, she is a proud graduate of Centralia High School and Centralia College. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, whether discovering hidden gems close to home or boarding a plane for a new adventure and rewatching episodes of The Office.”
