Biography

As the inpatient psychiatric case manager and discharge coordinator (and unofficial fun-coordinator), my goal is to help people navigate some of life’s toughest moments with compassion. My approach is rooted in empathy, equity, and respect for every individual’s unique needs. With over 4 years in the inpatient mental health field, I’m here to make sure our clients have the support, resources, and care essential for their continued success. Born and raised in this community, I’m deeply committed to making mental health care accessible to everyone who comes through our doors. I’m a proud graduate of The Evergreen State College—go Geoducks! When I’m not here at the ETC navigating discharge plans, you’ll find me binge-watching reality TV with my husband and our dogs, trying out new restaurants, or plotting my next trip to Disneyland.
